We received a huge shipment of Tokyo Marui airsoft guns last week, mostly restocks. The new VSR-10 Stainless edition rifle is really sweet and a different style for you sniper nuts out there. Airsoft Guns deliver low impact energy, and should be shot only from safe distances to avoid injury. Remember to use your Airsoft gun properly and store it safely at all times. You should always put safety first when owning an Airsoft Gun. During Airsoft games, it's important to wear protective gear, know the velocity guidelines and take proper precautions in different Airsoft environments. If you want to get into Airsoft gaming, you've got to stay true to the Honor System. All Airsoft games employ the Honor System as a means to playing a fair and honest game. Playing an Airsoft Game using the Honor System means that the players have to rely on everyone being completely honest once a hit is made.

The Honor System is vital when playing an Airsoft game. Since Airsoft pellets do not give evidence or leave a visible mark when a player is hit, the honor system must be fully obeyed. Of course is is not only up to the person being hit to be truthful. A player who has witnessed the hit can also verify a hit. Even the person doing the shooting can determine his own hits. The Honor System is there for when uncertain occasions arise. For example, it is possible for a person to be hit and not feel anything. This can be tricky and is usually then judged by witnesses and the shooter. Players are usually deterred from calling their own hits. With this said, All Airsoft gamers are expected to admit being hit, even if unsure. They can make this known by shouting out "I'm Hit" while raising their hand or gun high into the air. All Airsoft gamers must refrain from shooting a player who has already admitted to being shot. Keep all these rules in mind at your next Airsoft game and you'll be keeping true to the Airsoft Honor System.

Planning an Airsoft Game

There are many things to do in preparation for an Airsoft game. Most likely your budget and amount of gamers will determine the style of your game. Airsoft Atlanta would like to give you some reminders and advice about planning Airsoft games to ensure you have the most fun possible. You will need weapons, accessories, attire, and general Airsoft knowledge before starting a game.

Try to get an even amount of players, you can play more games this way and ensure that everything is fair. Go over the basic rules of Airsoft before you play and make sure everyone is familiar with the honor system. Have everyone bring the proper equipment. Make sure to pack and bring all of your guns, ammo, and accessories such battery chargers, batteries etc. Make sure everyone brings the proper attire such as boots, knee pads, gloves, vests, goggles and any other preferred clothing. Be prepared and have plenty of water and convenient food such as energy bars jerky or trail mix. Be certain that everyone is familiar with the rules and go over them right before playing. Go over basics such as a player being out after a hit to the body. Go over the proper signaling once you are hit, a common one is simply raising your arms and yelling "Hit". Once a player is out, they should go directly to the determined safe zone. Also try to get everyone familiar with hand signals for Airsoft. There are many types of games to play such as capture the flag, hostage rescue or last player standing, where everyone battles everyone and the last one left standing wins! Remember to play safe and everyone will have fun.

Airsoft Atlanta is proud to announce the opening of a new store location in beautiful Asheville, NC! The grand opening is on November 21st, in downtown Asheville. Store location, directions, and details to be announced days before the opening.

The store is a hybrid airsoft and full game shop. Boardgames, Warhammer 40K, wargames, and various card games will be offered, in addition to a boutique selection of the best airsoft guns available in the US. Prices will be the same as Airsoft Atlanta with a full selection of gear and accessories.

New guns from KSC and KWA are now in stock!

KWA Mac-11 NS2 gas blowback. After a year or so of being out of stock, the new version of the Mac-11 is back! It's a stronger, faster, and louder version than the first model. We also have a fake silencer that screws right onto the front, that makes the gun even louder when you shoot it! It sounds like a very loud pneumatic power tool when firing.

KWA KP45 Tactical NS2 - All metal slide, barrel comes standard. Awesome gun, with extended threaded metal barrel.

KSC HP100S - Straight from Japan, it's the new KSC sport gun. No hopup, nor is it a sniper handgun. It's extremely accurate at short to mid-range distances, meant for competition or BB testing. Great rare gun for what it is! Very high quality, for accuracy nuts.

We have restocked G&G suppressors and received some new items as well. 80 and 100mm Silencers in CW and CCW configurations are great for pistols or Compact AEGs as well. G&G GR16 Carbine and RK-47 are in-stock and ready to rock. These New to AA.com AEGS are very high quality with all metal and in the RK's case real wood too! Great quality and great performance. One of our old favorites the UMG is back and this is the latest most, improved version. We have the full set accessories too, Mock silencer and G36 style mag coupler.
